CAW Teaching and Guidance, LLC was founded by Curtis A. Wells. He earned his high school diploma from Moss Point High School (1982), received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Alcorn State University (1988), and obtained his Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of South Alabama (1994). Mr. Wells is the general manager and primary services provider for CAW Teaching and Guidance, LLC, and he is actively licensed/certified with endorsements for secondary English instruction and K-12 school guidance and counseling in five states, including Alabama, Arizona, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Curtis A. Wells has been qualified as follows: 1. U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity to perform Secondary English, Elementary Guidance Counselor, Middle Guidance Counselor, Secondary Guidance Counselor; 2. United Kingdom Teacher Regulation Agency to provide English instruction for ages 13 to 19 with "Qualified Teacher Status."
